Are you a proactive, people-oriented individual ready to be the friendly face our stores need? If you have previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this Clinical Assistant role could be ideal for you.
As a Clinical Assistant, you'll leverage your passion for the Specsavers brand, products, and services, along with your excellent customer service skills, to create an outstanding environment for both customers and team members. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting pre-testing for the contact lens department
* Managing contact lens administration
* Showing customers how to use contact lenses for the first time
* Explaining the features and benefits of our subscription platform
* Performing hearcare screening checks

What we’re looking for
