We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator & Quality Controller to join a farm-based production team in Hampton Lucy. This role involves operating machinery and ensuring that products meet quality standards throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating and monitoring production machinery
* Carrying out quality checks on products during and after production
* Ensuring products meet company and safety standards
* Reporting any machine faults or quality issues
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience operating machinery is preferred
* Experience in a food production environment would be an advantage
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential due to the location
