NPI Manager – Manufacturing
About the Role
We are currently working on behalf of a leading manufacturing client who is seeking an experienced NPI Manager to join their growing team. This role will play a crucial part in managing new product launches from concept through to production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead NPI projects, managing cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches.
* Develop and manage project plans, ensuring clear milestones and effective risk management.
* Liaise with design, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless transitions from prototype to full production.
* Identify and implement process improvements to support new product introduction.
* Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, issues, and solutions.
About You:
* Previous experience in an NPI / Project Management role within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
* Engineering or technical background preferred.
