Bowser Bean Café is an Australian owned and family run business with over 30 years of experience serving the regional communities of Victoria and New South Wales. With 40 sites across Victoria and NSW, we are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Epsom.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the management of the day‑to‑day operation of the site.
* Spend time at the front counter as part customer service team.
* Make quality coffee, prepare food and maintain store presentation.
* Support staff through training, scheduling and performance management.
* Help achieve site goals and contribute to team incentives.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in a café environment.
* Proven staff management skills.
* Current food safety supervisor's certificate preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
* Positive, initiative and strong work ethic.
