Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team. THIS IS PRICE WORK PER APARTMENT.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction painting and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint and finishes, and ensuring high-quality results on various projects.
Duties
* Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
* Apply paints, and other finishes using brushes, rollers,
* Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with project specifications.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety regulations.
Requirements
* Proven experience in construction painting or a similar role.
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A valid driving licence is required for this position.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.

Pay: £500.00 per week
