Senior Employee Benefits Administrator
Worcester based with a balance of home and office working
£27,521 per year

Temporary position for up to 12 months
We are looking for a Senior Employee Benefits Administrator to join our Reward and Wellbeing team which sits within the wider HR function.The team is responsible for developing policy and business focused options for pay, jobs, recognition, employee benefits, pensions and wellbeing for the Group. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain valuable experience within a friendly team.
The role of Senior Employee Benefits Administrator will include:
-Providing clear guidance and advice through proactively answering queries
-Liaising with third-party providers and internal departments (payroll, finance etc) on member data, policy queries and invoicing etc
-Providing reliable, accurate and timely administrative support for employee benefits and wellbeing as well as providing cover for pensions as required
-Maintaining accurate data on employee benefits provision, including completing monthly data reconciliations between SAP, payroll and third-party administration systems
-Coordinating the application/enrolment process for a range of employee benefit schemes including the production of reports and audit trails to ensure compliance to scheme rules
-Coordinating the claims process for death in service cases, including producing reports to support decision making in line with legal requirements and scheme rules
-Providing support for employee benefits and wellbeing communications, promotional activities and events
-Maintaining and improving sources of employee benefits information
-Developing and maintaining good working relationships with third-party providers and internal stakeholders including employee relations, payroll, finance and communications
-Making process improvement recommendations within the remit of the role
-Supporting with annual renewals, tenders and Reward and Wellbeing projects when they arise
Skills and experiences:
-Previous experience in a similar administrative role ideally within HR, payroll or finance
-Demonstrable experience of proactively managing a mailbox, escalating queries and dealing with confidential information with the highest level of integrity
-An excellent communicator with experience of delivering customer focused services
-Numerate with the ability to produce reports and analyse large data sets using Excel
-Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
-Demonstrable experience of taking ownership for own workload
-Proficient user of Microsoft Packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
