Pertemps Lincoln are looking to hire multiple people for our customer in Gainsborough. Our customer is a global manufacturer who are growing their site and would like to add to their already successful manufacturing team. As a Production Operative, youll play a vital role in turning raw materials into finished products that meet the high-quality standards. This is a varied role, where youll gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of production, including: Incoming Goods Laser Operations Machine Operations Stores Assembly and Packing Despatch What skills and experience do I need? Basic computer literacy. Previous experience in production, factory, warehouse, or manufacturing roles. Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices. Excellent time management skills. Flexibility and adaptability to work in various production areas. How much will I be paid? £12.21 to £14.08 per hour, depending on your experience. What hours will I need to work?
