What You’ll Do As An Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards.

* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain health & safety standards.

* Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment.

Ideal Assistant Manager Candidate
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage—ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team.
