Live True London salons are currently seeking experienced, organised, attentive, and customer service-driven individuals to join our dynamic and expanding front of house team. We believe that a VIP salon experience begins with an exceptional team, and as a fashion-forward salon group, we are dedicated to providing creative spaces and the resources to elevate the art of hairdressing. We are searching for passionate and talented people to join us, where you will have the opportunity to amaze our guests with each and every visit to the salon.
We currently have openings at our Clapham and Soho locations.
As a Front of house team member your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Warmly greeting clients, set up and prepare them to have an amazing appointment
* Hosting, Offering beverages and chatting with clients in the salon
* Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
* Answering telephone calls and scheduling appointments effectively
* Managing bookings through third-party sites
* Providing salon support during busy periods
-Utilising our booking software, Salon IQ, to book stylists and beauticians
* Creating bills for services rendered
* Assisting with retail sales by recommending our wide range of hair care
* Ensuring accurate cash handling and balancing
* Delivering exceptional customer service and care consistently
* Managing stock levels
* Supervising salon assistants
* Overseeing guest skin tests

Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
* Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction
* Maths skills for handling transactions and scheduling
* Effective time management and organisational skills
* Professional phone etiquette and ability to manage appointments efficiently
* 5 x GCSEs at C (4) grade or above must include Maths and English
