Deputy/Assistant Manager needed for Award Winning Pub Restaurant
Package £36-£38k (depending).
The Boat sits on the banks of the river Dee at the end of a little rural lane 10 minutes south of Wrexham, so your own transport is essential.
Responsibilities
* Direct and supervise staff in a busy pub restaurant to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
* Be at ease behind the bar and in the cellar, and contribute to delivering high quality food and service.
* Work with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere and make customers happy.
Qualifications
* Several years directing and supervising staff in a hospitality setting.
* Experience handling fresh, high quality food and operations behind the bar and in the cellar.
* Strong customer service focus with a proactive and outgoing approach.
* Own transport is essential due to location.
