The Role
You will manage a varied non‑contentious private client caseload, drawing on your technical expertise and experience. You will also have the opportunity to undertake contentious probate matters with the option to develop a mixed contentious and non‑contentious practice where appropriate. The balance of work can be tailored to your skills, experience and professional interests. The Candidate
You will be a Private Client Solicitor with at least three years' PQE, ideally having obtained the STEP Diploma. You will have proven experience managing your own caseload and a strong background in wills, probate, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and trusts. Experience working with high net‑worth individuals, estate planning matters and farming clients is highly desirable. You will work effectively both as part of a team and independently, be fully IT‑literate and demonstrate excellent client care and interpersonal skills. You will be self‑motivated and eager to participate in business development activities.
