We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Baby Room Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting babies in their early development and creating a safe, nurturing environment where they can thrive.
About the Role:
* Provide high-quality care and education for babies aged 0–2
* Create a warm, stimulating, and secure environment
* Support children’s emotional, physical, and developmental needs
* Carry out observations, assessments, and planning in line with the EYFS / Curriculum for Wales
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers
* Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
* Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare requirements are always met
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (or working towards)
* Experience working with babies in a nursery setting
* Sound understanding of safeguarding and child development
* A caring, patient, and reliable approach
* Ability to work well in a team and independently
