We are seeking a compassionate Learning Support Worker for a nurturing SEN school in Cranleigh, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
Your Role:
* Support students with autism, SEMH or learning difficulties
* Assist in implementing personalised learning plans
* Encourage communication and social interaction
* Help create a safe, structured learning environment
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 3-6 months school experience
* Enhanced DBS clearance required
* Empathy, patience and a positive mindset
