Are you passionate about making things better, faster, and smarter? Do you thrive on solving problems and driving change? We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Manufacturing Engineer to help us take our operations to the next level!
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Championing continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes
* Applying Lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and boost efficiency
* Leading and supporting cross-functional projects with teams from Operations, IT, Tooling, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
* Investigating new methods and layouts to improve throughput and flexibility
* Tackling production challenges head-on with structured problem-solving techniques
* Analysing performance data and turning insights into action
* Supporting equipment maintenance and ensuring everything runs like clockwork
* Keeping our SAP master data for tooling and equipment up to date
What We’re Looking For:
* A minimum of HND in a mechanical discipline (CAD experience is a big plus!)
* A genuine interest in tool design and process optimisation
* Familiarity with Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Statistical Process Control is beneficial
* Someone who’s curious, collaborative, and committed to making a difference

Experience & Skills
* 3–5 years of experience managing end-to-end manufacturing or engineering projects in a production environment.
* Proven track record in driving process improvement using tools such as Pareto analysis, DMAIC, and OEE.
* Experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, 8D).
* Strong understanding of metal component processing and surface finishing operations, particularly for aerospace components.
* Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and applying metrology principles.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across teams.
* Advanced IT skills, including ERP/MRP systems, MS Office, and CAD software.
