As the Passive Fire Contracts Manager, you will be:
* Leading a number of high-level contracts including social housing, commercial, student accommodation
* Managing KPIs and delivering the budgets of 5mil+
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the contracts, managing contractors and conducting regular contractor meetings
* Liaising with clients and stakeholders ensuring all contracts are meeting KPIs and high-quality standard
Experience needed for the Passive Fire Contracts Manager role:
* Experience managing multiple contracts
* Technical knowledge and experience in the passive fire industry
* Delivering budgets of minimum 400k a month
* Experience leading a team
