Supporting the Clinical Matron, Lead CNS and Sister/Charge Nurse team in the delivery of an outpatient infusion service within the inpatient team, running from The Countess of Brecknock Hospice.
This will include blood transfusion, iron infusions, care of PICC lines.
Ensuring high standards of Professional Practice to ensure quality and safety of patient care, patient experience and the patient journey.
The role is a clinic based role, for 12 months initially with the hope to extend this long term, running from the inpatient unit. This role is key to supporting palliative outpatients, enabling the optimal care of our patients and contributes to the success of our Trust.
The delivery of a high quality, effective and compassionate care is paramount within HHFT.
