Your new role
As a Project Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of projects by ensuring effective coordination,munication, and administration across all phases of the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
Project Support & Administration
1. Assist the Project Manager in developing project documentation such as schedules, budgets, scope statements, and risk registers.
2. Maintain and update project plans, trackers, and reports, ensuring accurate and timely information is available.
3. Manage project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, andpliance records.
4. Act as a liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smoothmunication and alignment.
5. Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
6. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
Resource & Task Coordination
7. Support the allocation and scheduling of resources to ensure project milestones are met.
8. Track taskpletion and assist in resolving any blockers or delays.
9. Ensure all project activitiesply withpany policies, health & safety standards, and client requirements.
10. Support audits and quality checks as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced administrator/project coordinator who has the ability to prioritise workloads in an efficient manner. You will have the necessary skills -
11. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
12. Skilled in maintaining accurate documentation, schedules, andpliance records.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a market-leading organisation on a temporary basis initially and may be made permanent dependent on business needs and performance. You will be paid £ per hour inclusive of holiday pay. The role is hybrid, and you will work a maximum of 2 days in the office per week. The office is based in Leyland/Chorley and you will work with a very experienced team.
