As a Business Support Officer, you will be:
6. Ensuring temporary workers are fully compliant before their start dates
7. Carrying out right to work checks in line with legal requirements
8. Processing DBS checks and maintaining accurate compliance records
9. Supporting with payroll and timesheet queries
10. Assisting with business activity reports and administration tasks
11. Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls professionally
12. Building strong relationships with temporary workers and internal teams
13. Updating systems, maintaining records, and managing email correspondence
14. Supporting wider business objectives and team meetings
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
15. Previous administration experience within a fast-paced environment
16. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
17. Experience within recruitment, compliance, or sales administration
18. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
19. The ability to manage multiple workloads effectively
20. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
21. A proactive and self-motivated attitude
22. A professional and approachable telephone manner
23. The ability to work independently and use initiative
This role is offering a salary of £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.

This role is based in Birmingham, offering excellent transport links across the city and surrounding areas. The office is easily accessible via the M6, M5, and A38, alongside strong public transport connections through Birmingham New Street and local bus routes.
