What Youll Do
The Centre of Excellence (COE) is the driving force behind SmartPA, where strategy comes to life. As part of this dynamic, client-facing department, youll be the heartbeat of our business delivering high-impact, tailored support to a key client account daily.
Heres What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like
* Leading strategic automation initiatives across the specific client enterprise.
* Integrating AI models into automation pipelines.
* Managing the automation lifecycle from ideation to retirement.
* Team management responsibilities.

Experience What Youll Need
Your experience is key, but your attitude is what sets you apart.
Essential
* Expert level knowledge in AI/ML technologies.
* Proficiency in scripting.
* Experience with orchestration and deployment.
* Strategic mindset to align automation with buisness goals.
* Strong leadership, mentoring and project management skills.
* Deep understanding of compliance, security, and industry best practices.
* Experience with data analysis and process optimisation.
* Advanced testing, demonstration, and documentation capabilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel).
* Proven experience in a similar role and/or relevant educational background.
Desirable
* Familiarity with Google Suite, CRM platforms and booking systems.
* Experience in process improvement and creating efficiencies.
Work Remotely Hybrid or fully remote depending on location. Salary £33,000 £37,000 Schedule Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm (upon successful probation period employee can utilise the flexitime initiative, with core hours being 10am 4.30pm) Job Type Full-time, Permanent Whats in it for you?
