Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for rewarding career in a caring environment. The Receptionist/Administrative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

* Assist residents and their families with inquiries and assist with show rounds for potential Residents, (Marketing experience would be an advantage.) dealing with incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
* Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the care home services
* Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars, booking transport for external visits
* Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
* Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records, arranging meetings and minute taking and circulating the contents with relevant people
* Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
* Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in using computerized systems

- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus

- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls in a polite and efficient manner,compassionate attitude towards elderly residents and their families
