Job Title: Area Manager
Location: North West
Salary: up to £50,000 per annum + car allowance and bonus

The Role
As Area Manager, you will take full ownership of a defined region, leading and developing a team of Venue and Cluster Managers across multiple locations. You’ll balance people leadership, operational excellence, customer experience and commercial performance, ensuring each site consistently meets company standards and financial targets.
This is a hands‑on, field‑based role where visibility, engagement and strong leadership presence are key.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, coach and develop multi‑site management teams to deliver strong performance
· Drive consistent operational standards, compliance and best practice across all locations
· Maximise commercial opportunities by analysing performance and identifying growth potential
· Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards across the area
· Maintain strong cost control and budget management
· Build robust succession plans and develop future talent within your region
· Act as the key link between head office and site teams, providing clear communication and leadership
· Carry out regular site visits, including occasional evenings and weekends, to support teams at all trading times
About You
· Proven experience as an Area Manager (or equivalent multi‑site role)
· Background in retail or hospitality (customer‑led, fast‑paced environments essential)
· Strong people leader with a track record of developing managers and teams
· Commercially astute with the ability to balance people, standards and results
· Confident working autonomously in a field‑based role
· Comfortable operating in a compliance‑led environment
· Approachable, credible and able to build rapport quickly at all levels
· Full UK driving licence
