Location: Middleton Park Lodge - Acre Cl, Middleton, Leeds LS10 4HX
Salary: up to £75k - depending on experience.

About the Role
As the Registered Home Manager, you will:
Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care and support.
Drive the continued commissioning and implementation of our Reconnect service at Middleton Park Lodge.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and Orchard's high standards of care.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and development.
What We're Looking For
A proven track record as a Registered Manager in a care home setting.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience in commissioning or service development is highly desirable.
A passion for delivering person-centred care and innovation in dementia services.
