What can you expect in this role?
* Lead and develop a team of Safety Champions, empowering colleagues and fostering a strong safety culture.
* Manage hazard analysis, risk assessments, and oversee major projects with site leadership.
* Collaborate with authorities, auditors, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
* Partner with the Sustainability team to enhance environmental performance and promote sustainability.
* Inspire and manage a motivated team, overseeing three direct reports.

What we're looking for:
* Experience in Food Manufacturing/FMCG environments preferred.
* NEBOSH Diploma is required; IOSH membership is advantageous.
* Strong understanding of health and safety legislation.
* Proactive, passionate, and enthusiastic about health and safety.
