Reporting directly into the global CEO
Leading a multi-disciplinary commercial team across the region
Driving strategy, growth, customer experience, and profitability
Working cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and global leadership

~£200k–£220k base salary
~30% performance bonus
~£10k+ car allowance
~ International travel
~ Hybrid working (2–3 days a week)
