About You / Responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to provide vital support to the service through administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.
* Handling enquiries from customers in a polite and professional manner
* Gathering, recording, and maintaining accurate information and records
* Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment
* Assisting with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Qualifications / Skills
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Clear and confident communication, both verbal and written
* Team player, willing to support others and work collaboratively
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Approachable, reliable, and customer-focused
