Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and secure new business opportunities.
* Engage with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, IT managers, and procurement teams, to drive sales.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional client experiences.
* Consistently achieve and exceed gross margin and KPI targets.
* Stay informed about industry trends and the company’s service offerings to deliver compelling solutions to clients.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a track record of surpassing targets.
* Background in IT Distribution preferred.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
