Join Our Team as a Female Support Worker
60 per hour (£24,570 per annum) plus benefits.
30pm, Monday to Sunday, on a shift rota basis, which will include 2 core shifts:

~30pm, sleep-in and then 7.Contract:
Full-time, permanent.
A valid full UK manual driving license is essential for this role.
Who you will be supporting?
Redhill Supported Living needs you! We've got 16 awesome apartments for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and sight loss, and we need amazing people to join our positive, non-judgemental team. You'll be delivering exceptional care in 1:1 and group settings, working independently and as part of a team. As a support worker, you'll be using your amazing skills to help the people we support, which is fantastic! We're all about those with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn from our training. You'll be providing hands-on support to the people we support and their families, which is absolutely brilliant. Sure, it can be challenging, but that's where your positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance come in - qualities we totally admire!

You'll be right there with them, offering support and encouragement as they navigate challenges and celebrate successes. You'll be instrumental in helping someone achieve their best life! Daily Care & Support: Helping with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks.
Building Relationships: Getting to know the people you support, understanding their needs, and helping them live life on their own terms.
Assisting with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations, and encouraging creative exploration.
Supporting activities like holiday's, social events, and hobbies, ensuring everyone could enjoy what they love doing.
