This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and takes pride in delivering first class customer service. You will be responsible for supporting customers, coordinating orders, resolving issues proactively and building strong working relationships across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting customers and acting as a key point of contact
* Handling, processing and monitoring customer orders on a daily basis
* Proactively updating customers on progress, issues and delays
* Investigating problems and finding practical, effective solutions
* Monitoring additional charges where relevantWorking closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
* Building strong working relationships and maintaining a high level of service throughout
Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, logistics, transport or supply chain
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to deal with customers professionally
* A proactive and solutions focused approach
* Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at pace
* A team focused attitude with a willingness to support colleagues
* Someone who is organised, resilient and customer focused
