We are on a mission to make the Enterprise Data Analytics team the backbone of today’s business, enabling data‑driven decision‑making that boosts revenue, improves productivity, and keeps us ahead of the market.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and mentor a team of Data Analysts and Analytics Engineers, providing actionable analytical solutions for our business partners.
* Manage the team in a global capacity primarily in the USA across multiple timezones, mainly EST.
* Implement solutions from requirements gathering and process design to functional production deployment in a cloud environment.
* Act as Technical Product Owner within assigned Agile teams.
* Work with the Business and IT Leadership team to develop the overall strategy and roadmap for the Data and Analytics organisation.
* Champion the use of data, technology and new tools to optimise solutions and drive continuous process improvements.
* Utilise Microsoft Premium and Fabric capabilities.
* Build strong business relationships with key Product Owners.
* Analyse and interpret highly complex business challenges related to Global Data.
* Present findings and recommendations for action to partners and leaders within the company.
* Define and document UX data visualisation standards.
* Develop and acquire the right talent, motivate and maintain a high‑performing team.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Requirements
* B.Sc / M.Sc degree in computer science, maths, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
* Strong management experience in a technology organisation with a proven record of building and leading high‑performing teams.
* Excellent experience with SSAS design and development and expert DAX skills.
* Hands‑on data visualisation and report development.
* Proven experience using Power BI and managing Microsoft Premium and Fabric Capacity solutions.
* Extensive knowledge and use of Azure cloud environment.
* Strong knowledge of Azure data stack and integration architectures.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to assist in developing business requirements definitions.
* Highly skilled in various Agile methodologies.
* Ability to work quickly and under tight delivery deadlines with focus on details.
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts.
Highly Regarded Skills
* Cloud experience (Azure).
* Proficiency in data warehouse and BI analytics.
* Experience with data science, including Python.
