An established organisation is seeking a Recruitment Manager to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract (maternity cover). This role is responsible for managing a structured recruitment process for individuals exploring a long-term business partnership opportunity. This is not a high-volume sales recruitment role. Instead, the focus is on guiding candidates through a professional, well-managed process that ensures they fully understand the opportunity and are the right long-term fit.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial enquiry through to onboarding
Guide candidates through a structured assessment and decision-making journey
Conduct interviews and suitability assessments to ensure strong alignment with the opportunity
Coordinate due diligence and background checks where required
Maintain recruitment systems, candidate pipelines, and accurate records
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment into onboarding
Provide reporting and insight on recruitment activity and pipeline progress
About You
Experience managing structured recruitment or partner selection processes
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident assessing candidate suitability and making balanced decisions
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple candidates and recruitment stages simultaneously
