Insurance Client Partner – Personal Lines (BPO Services)

A leading global provider of analytics and digital operations, partnering with some of the world’s largest insurers to transform how they serve their customers, is seeking a highly driven Client Partner with deep Personal Lines Insurance expertise to join the growing UK team and expand its Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) footprint.
The Opportunity
As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for driving growth across the UK Personal Lines Insurance market, leveraging proven capabilities in customer experience, claims management, policy administration, digital transformation, and data-led operations. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-Suite leaders, building long-term client relationships and delivering solutions that reduce cost, enhance efficiency, and improve the end-customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and grow a portfolio of Insurance clients within Personal Lines (Motor, Home, Travel, Pet).
* Identify, pursue, and close new BPO opportunities across operations, customer service, and digital transformation.
* Partner with global delivery and domain experts to design and deliver innovative solutions.
* Build C-level relationships with insurers and brokers, positioning the company as a strategic transformation partner.
* Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong track record of selling BPO or Digital Transformation services into Insurance, ideally Personal Lines.
* Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory drivers, and customer experience challenges.
* Ability to build and grow senior client relationships across operations, technology, and business leadership.
* Proven hunter mentality with the ability to win net-new logos and expand existing accounts.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
