We are looking for someone who demonstrates high expectations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. Experience of working with children in a school setting is essential, and experience supporting pupils with a variety of needs, including social, emotional, and communication difficulties is desirable.

Our work is guided by five values: we are respectful, ambitious, collaborative, inclusive and resilient. These values shape how we work together and how we support both our staff and our students to achieve excellence.

New College Durham Academies Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
