Location: Across South Shields & surrounding areas.
Hourly rate: £14.50 per hour, plus up to an additional £1.30 for working evening and weekend hours. Hours available: Full time and part time, on a rota basis that includes mornings, evenings and alternate weekends between 7 am and 10 pm.

About the Role
This is a dual role consisting of Personal Care and Domestic Services. You’ll work closely with the Field Care Supervisor, House Managers and Care Performance Manager to deliver personal bespoke care and lifestyle services. You may assist with personal care, household tasks, companionship, wellbeing activities, and ensure communal areas are cleaned regularly.
Key Responsibilities
* Support individual homeowners with daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance; offer domestic support such as cleaning, shopping and managing household tasks.
* Maintain communal areas to a high standard, ensuring a clean, tidy, welcoming environment for all homeowners.
* Assist homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements and appointments to enhance overall well‑being and social connections.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a care environment with Level 2 Health and Social Care preferred, though not essential; training will be provided for a career change.
* Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and time‑management ability.
* Valid full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between developments.
* Flexibility to work on a rota basis including early mornings, late evenings and alternate weekends.
