Sales Administrator
Location: Braintree
Salary: £24 - £26k (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am- 4:30pm and Friday 8am - 3:30pm (1x 30 min break and 2x 15 min breaks)

Key responsibilities:
7. Raising work orders
8. Approving purchasing invoices
9. General office duties - Filing, answering telephone, data entry etc.
10. Ordering spares & Ad-Hoc orders
11. Chasing spares & updating system with ETA's
12. Obtaining pricing for spares
13. Arranging shipments
14. Liaising with customers via phone & email, and providing them with updates on their repairs
15. Raising quotations & processing approvals
16. Attending regular production meetings

18. Priorities quick response times to customers.
19. Continually develop knowledge of specialties and products.
