JOB TITLE: Northern Hair Education Manager
LOCATION: Northern Region (with International Travel Opportunities)
Reports to Head of ASP Education
JOB OVERVIEW
As the Northern Education Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of freelance
educators while driving educational initiatives across the northern region. This role will also involve collaborating
with distributor partners to ensure business-to-business success, delivering exceptional education experiences, and
reporting directly to the Head of ASP Education. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships and
representing our brand in the field. This position includes regular international travel, allowing you to engage with
global markets and expand the reach of our educational programmes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Team Management: Lead, support, and motivate a team of freelance educators across the northern region, ensuring consistency and excellence in educational delivery.
• Partnership Collaboration: Work closely with distributor partners in the northern region to strengthen business relationships and maximize education initiatives.
• Education Delivery: Oversee the implementation of educational programmes, workshops, and events that align with brand objectives, ensuring high-quality delivery to professional haircare community.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to drive education-related sales and brand visibility across the northern region.
• International Travel: Represent the company and lead education initiatives in international markets, fostering a global presence.
• Reporting & Communication: Regularly report to the Head of ASP Education on key performance indicators, feedback, and recommendations for growth.
• Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that the company’s mission, values, and vision are consistently communicated in all educational settings.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role or as a brand educator within the hair industry.
* Relevant professional qualifications in Hair.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and motivating a team.
• Business-to-Business Expertise: Strong understanding of the distributor partner relationship, with the ability to collaborate and drive success.
• Education Expertise: A deep knowledge of haircare products and techniques, with the ability to teach and
engage professionals effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and
influence at all levels.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness and availability for international travel on a regular basis.
• Driving License: Full driving license with the ability to travel across the northern region (company car provided).
