The Role
You will be working in a highly rated national Legal 500 Real Estate team, working on all aspects of an exciting and varied caseload. Sectors of expertise include renewable energy, retail and manufacturing, large-scale development and investment work.
When joining this firm, you be exposed to a full range of Real Estate work, such as negotiating/drafting commercial leases and options, securities, servitudes and much more.
Conducting national work means you will be working alongside esteemed colleagues across the country and have access to an exceptional quality of work.
Some of your other main duties will include:
1. Monitoring client relationships and ensuring you are developing new client engagement
2. Acting on behalf of lender clients and working on real estate finance transactions
3. Ensuring you are dealing with other aspects of the real estate sector like diligence, negotiation, drafting and managing matters to completion
4. Consistently monitoring business development for your department and the firm overall
5. Completing the post documentation requirements like the Land Register of Scotland and at Companies House

The Ideal Candidate
6. Is a Real Estate solicitor with NQ-2 PQE with evident real estate experience and an eagerness to progress in the industry
