Shift Patterns: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 09:00-17:15

What you can add:
· Provide advanced clinical pharmacy input through ward rounds, clinics and multidisciplinary meetings.
· Act as a source of specialist advice on medicines use to medical, nursing and other healthcare professionals.
· Participate in consultant ward rounds, clinics and MDT meetings as appropriate.
· Support dispensary services through clinical screening, checking and problem solving as required.
· Undertake detailed prescription review, optimise therapy, and ensure safe, effective and economical medicines use.
What you'll need:
· Professional Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
· NHS experience is Essential including Clinical Pharmacy experience at ward level.
· Masters Degree in Pharmacy or UK recognised equivalent.
· Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy.
