About the Role: As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that support academic growth and personal development in Year 3 to Year 6 pupils. You’ll work to create a classroom culture that is structured, inclusive, and focused on achievement. Whether you are newly qualified or highly experienced, we want to hear from you! To be a Key Stage 2 Teacher, your responsibilities will be: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the KS2 national curriculum Prepare pupils for SATs and end-of-year assessments Promote a love of learning and build pupil confidence Maintain excellent classroom management and promote positive behaviour Provide tailored support to meet the needs of individual learners Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and leadership teams Participate in planning meetings, school activities, and CPD sessions Ideal KS2 Teacher Requirements: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification Proven experience teaching in a primary KS2 classroom in the UK Strong behaviour management and communication skills Knowledge of the national curriculum and current assessment frameworks Ability to differentiate learning and provide academic challenge Have an updated CV and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Why Join GSL Education?
