Our client, a rapidly expanding automotive business in Sheffield, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team.

* Standard working hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with 1 in 2 Saturdays (which can be reduced as the business grows)

Duties of the Vehicle Technician
* Conduct vehicle repairs and scheduled services in accordance with manufacturer standards
* Perform diagnostic checks to identify faults and underlying issues
* Inspect vehicles for wear, tear, and general faults, ensuring safety and compliance as a Vehicle Technician
* Complete MOT testing when qualified, as the client has recently applied for MOT status
* Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs and recommendations clearly
* Carry out all other aspects of vehicle maintenance and repairs as required, including health and safety compliance
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar Vehicle Technician role with comprehensive mechanical skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Current workshop experience within the automotive industry
* Full UK Driving Licence
* MOT licence will be beneficial, as the client has recently applied for MOT status
* Enthusiasm to work in an early-stage business environment, with flexibility for growth and development
