Role Overview: This role is part of the Supply Chain function providing excellent customer experience within a global manufacturing environment. Our key focus as a business is delivering excellence in science to our people and patients. Core Responsibilities: Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service and drive commercial business objectives Receive and process customer orders in line with commercial terms and conditions Manage and process import and export licences for API customer orders in line with Home Office regulation To communicate with Home Office on status of licences. Communicate with customers to ensure they provide a valid and in date operating licence in order to allow fulfilment of orders To track and coordinate product supply for orders in the immediate 3 months Update the Sales Team on any alterations to the supply plan for customer orders due for delivery in the immediate 3-month Communicate with customers on any delays to orders and providing revised delivery timelines To receive and respond in a timely manner to customer queries, liaising with relevant stakeholders as required To manage customer complaints in line with the company process from raising to resolution Support the onboarding of new customers Provide and process logistics solutions for lab sample shipments Work with our logistics partners to advise on orders due to dispatch in the coming month Execute the shipping of orders and production of required shipping paperwork and labels, sharing these with relevant stakeholders to facilitate prebooking of transport in-line with agreed incoterms. Obtain proof of deliveries for all orders dispatched Investigate non-standard transportation requests with logistics partners and all service solutions, presenting costings to the Customer Service & Logistics Manager for approval prior to submission to customer Liaise with Finance on possible debtors Qualifications: Prior experience of sales, customer service, export logistics and ERP systems Strong IT and administration skills Excellent organisational skills Effective communication skills Accurate with attention to detail Our Commitment: Inclusive Culture : At Veranova an inclusive culture is integral to our values.
