Are you an experienced Senior Pre-Contract Manager with a proven track record in Cat A & B commercial fit-outs up to £5m? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading design & build team and take ownership of the pre-construction phase for high-profile London projects.
About the Role
You’ll lead the pre-construction process for multiple projects, ensuring accurate costings, robust design coordination, and seamless client communication. This senior role demands strong commercial acumen, technical expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop detailed cost analysis and manage tender packages
* Oversee design management and ensure timely production of drawings
* Review and negotiate contracts, including legal compliance
* Coordinate site surveys and liaise with building control for compliance
* Prepare pre-construction and construction schedules
* Manage subcontractor relationships and supply chain performance
* Ensure health & safety documentation and compliance
* Act as the main client contact during pre-construction, building strong relationships
* Produce accurate cost and technical reports
What We’re Looking For
* Extensive experience in Cat A & B fit-out projects up to £5m
* Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Degree in construction, quantity surveying, or equivalent experience
