This role is ideal for professionals with CRiis system knowledge and experience managing both opiate and non-opiate caseloads. Candidates with previous experience working with Change Grow Live (CGL) services will be given preference. You will play a key role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey, delivering structured interventions and working collaboratively with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes. Complete comprehensive assessments and develop personalised recovery plans. Deliver one-to-one and group-based recovery interventions. Support clients with both opiate and non-opiate substance misuse needs. Liaise with external agencies and partner organisations to coordinate care and support. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant client records using CRiis systems. Promote harm reduction, recovery, and sustained engagement with services.
