Liaise effectively with the workshop and technical team to ensure smooth workflow
Provide excellent customer service throughout the service journeyRequirements of a Service Advisor / Receptionist:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the motor trade or similar industry
Strong communication and organisational skills
Professional and approachable manner
Familiarity with Kerridge or similar dealership management systems is advantageous
