Job Title: Social Worker (Adults)
Location: Sandwell
Working Hours: Hybrid
Rate: £28 per hour
Sandwell is seeking a committed and hardworking qualified Social Worker with experience in Adult Social Work. The ideal candidate will have experience working with older people, individuals with physical disabilities and sensory impairments, as well as those with learning disabilities and mental health issues. This role involves working within a supportive team and managing a generic caseload.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of adults and developing care plans to meet those needs. You will work closely with individuals, their families, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support. Your duties will include conducting reviews, safeguarding vulnerable adults, and ensuring that all interventions are in line with current legislation and best practices. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and contribute to team meetings and case discussions.
