SOFT SERVICES OPERATIONS MANAGER We are seeking a confident, ambassadorial, and engaging Soft Services Operations Manager to join the management team at one of London’s most iconic and prestigious mixed-use destinations. This landmark development combines high-end retail, a luxury hotel, restaurants, bars, residential apartments, and commercial office space—delivering a vibrant, 24/7 urban environment in the heart of the city. Key Responsibilities… Lead and manage all soft service contracts, including cleaning, waste, pest control, front-of-house, concierge, and security. Drive performance to meet and exceed agreed KPIs and SLAs, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, tenants, residents, and service partners. Monitor and audit service provider performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and incident management in this fast-paced, complex environment. Maintain exceptional standards of presentation and service throughout the estate, reflecting the prestige of the scheme. Support wider estate management functions and contribute to overall site excellence. What We’re Looking For… Proven experience in soft services operations management, ideally within a premium mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial environment. Strong understanding of contract management, including performance measurement and compliance. An personable, articulate, and diplomatic communicator who thrives in high-pressure, high-profile settings. Naturally ambassadorial, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable working in a 24/7 environment, with the flexibility to respond to out-of-hours issues if required. Passionate about service excellence, presentation, and the customer experience.
