The practice is family-run and non-corporate, with the principal dentist working closely alongside a stable and supportive team, including experienced hygienists and therapists. The clinic offers a welcoming and professional working environment, housed in a spacious, purpose-built building with modern surgeries, digital X-rays, fibre optic handpieces, and mechanical ventilation throughout.
The practice offers a flexible NHS commitment, with up to 6000 UDAs available and a realistic, well-managed workload. Current associates routinely exceed £10,000 per month in private earnings, with an enhanced split of up to 55% for those surpassing their private targets.
Successful candidates will be GDC registered dentists, have an active performer number, and have experience of providing NHS dental treatment in the UK.
