What You'll Do
* Deliver a warm, professional welcome that reflects our values and sets the tone for a five-star client journey.
* Manage bookings, confirmations, reminders, and diaries with accuracy and care.
* Handle enquiries (phone, email, face-to-face), helping clients understand our services and converting them into bookings.
* Promote treatments, memberships, and premium skincare brands, always with honesty and client outcomes at the forefront.
* Maintain reception and client areas to an impeccable standard.
* Support the team in day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service and maximise clinic performance.
About You
You are someone who:
* Has experience in front-of-house / reception, ideally within aesthetics, cosmetics, luxury retail, or high-end hospitality.
* Communicates with confidence, professionalism, and warmth.

Duties
* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.
* Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow.
* Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
* Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, maintaining high standards of presentation.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with poise, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, menus, and service stations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during service periods.
* Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.
Experience
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork is essential for success in this role.
* Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is advantageous but not mandatory; we are happy to train the right candidate.
