Deputy Care Home Manager
Salary: £37,000 – £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends, and on-call support

Working 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends, split over 3 to 4 supernumerary days and 1 to 2 care floor support days.

Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the Care Team: Set high standards of care and work alongside the care staff to implement them.
* Managing the Home in the GM’s Absence: Ensure smooth operations when the General Manager is unavailable – your leadership will ensure continuity and stability.
* Audit & Quality Control: Work with the General Manager to set and review home standards, including ensuring monthly audits are conducted.
* Medications & Procedures: Ensure medications are administered properly and that all procedures are followed to keep both staff and residents safe.
* Rotas & Staffing: Prepare and manage clinical staff rotas to ensure that our residents’ needs are always met.
* Administrative Duties: Maintaining accurate records, responding to complaints, and ensuring compliance with CQC and other regulatory bodies.
