The Role:
We are seeking a Teaching Fellow in Real Estate to contribute to the education and student experience of students and apprentices in the School of Civil Engineering and Surveying.
You will be a strong communicator with knowledge and experience in estate management, property economics and financial accounting and/or valuation, ideally through professional practice. You will have the knowledge and skills to support the career development of students aspiring to become Chartered Surveyors with RICS and the ability to design and deliver subject-specific teaching and learning materials and to assess students at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
The working pattern for this role is 0.4FTE. The working hours will be subject to timetabled teaching constraints and will be discussed with the successful applicant at offer stage.
Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role.
