We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join the ASK4 team, playing a key role in supporting our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
This is a fixed term role for up to 6 months working closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
Candidates will ideally be based within commutable distance of the Sheffield office with the ability to be on site 2-3 days per week
What You’ll Be Doing
Recruitment Administration & Coordination
* Support the creation and posting of job adverts across recruitment platforms
* Manage and maintain candidate pipelines within recruitment systems
* Conduct initial candidate screening against role requirements
* Coordinate interview scheduling, including panel organisation and logistics
* Ensure hiring managers have everything they need ahead of interviews
* Maintain the careers inbox, responding to queries promptly and professionally
Candidate Experience
* Deliver a high-quality candidate experience across all stages of recruitment
* Provide clear, timely communication and updates to applicants
* Represent ASK4’s values through professional and considerate interactions
* Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers on recruitment processes and timelinesProvide guidance on ATS workflows, interview processes, and documentation
* Proactively highlight bottlenecks or delays to support timely decision-making
* Help drive a smooth and efficient recruitment process end-to-end
Contracts & Onboarding
* Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation
* Ensure all candidate data is managed in line with data protection and internal policies
* Support onboarding processes, including induction scheduling and coordination
* Assist with wider HR administrative tasks to support smooth onboarding
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced envionment
* Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
* Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders at different levels
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and learning new systems
* Proactive and willingness to support the wider team
* Committed to delivering high-quality, accurate administrative support.
* Previous experience in a recruitment, HR, or coordination role
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
